Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

When you create an Agentium CEO account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name
• A password (stored as a one-way hash — we never see your plaintext password)
• Your selected departments and plan tier

During use of the platform, we also collect:

• Agent execution logs (task descriptions, outputs, timestamps)
• API token usage metrics
• Escalation records and CEO decision history
• Weekly briefing documents generated for your organization

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate your AI organization. This includes:

• Running your AI agents and executing department workflows
• Generating your weekly CEO briefing
• Routing escalations to your email
• Tracking usage for billing purposes
• Improving platform reliability and performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Isolation

Every Agentium CEO customer account is completely isolated. Your data is stored in dedicated, tenant-scoped storage partitions. No other customer can access your data, and your agents cannot access any other customer's data. This isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level — it is not a software-only boundary.

4. Third-Party Services

Agentium CEO uses the following third-party services to operate your AI organization:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure hosting, data storage, email delivery, and workflow scheduling. Data is stored in the US East (Virginia) region.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — powers the AI reasoning for all agents. Task descriptions and context are sent to the Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Agent outputs, briefing documents, and decision logs are archived and available to you throughout your subscription.

6. Account Deletion

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• All agent executions stop immediately
• Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
• After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems
• This includes all S3 files, DynamoDB records, SNS topics, and EventBridge rules associated with your tenant

7. Cookies

Agentium CEO uses minimal browser storage. We store your theme preference (light/dark) in localStorage and your authentication session in sessionStorage (which is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored in your account via the CEO dashboard
• Export your data at any time
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correct any inaccurate personal information

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
